You already know something isn't working. The harder part is knowing exactly what — and why.
I've spent over 20 years working inside that gap. Not observing it from the outside — inside it, with the teams trying to close it. And the pattern is consistent enough that I can see what's breaking down before the numbers show it.
Why I understand this better than most
The background that makes the work possible.
I started in branding and design — learning how to make complex things clear, how visual and verbal language shape perception, and how a strong identity creates trust before a single conversation happens. Then I moved into marketing, where clarity without commercial impact is decoration. Marketing must sell.
A background in computer science gave me what most brand and marketing people don't have: the ability to sit in a room with tech leaders, understand what they're actually saying, and translate it into executive-level assets. That's a rare combination. It's why the work lands at the level it needs to.
20+ years inside enterprise technology, consulting, and high-growth companies — across both sides of the Atlantic.
How I Work
Depth over volume
Small number of clients by design. The depth of involvement that produces real results requires it.
Growth partner
I don't hand off work. The thinking, the diagnosis, and the execution stay at senior-level throughout.
Inside, not alongside
I've operated inside the same environments I now support. I know what these problems look like from the inside.

I started GB17 because the problem I kept seeing — expertise that exists but doesn't reach the right people, value that's real but doesn't differentiate, accounts that should grow but don't — didn't have a real solution in the market.
Agencies are built for volume. Large consultancies hand off to junior teams. Neither is built for what actually changes how a company's expertise translates into growth.
GB17 is.
